June 28, 1939 ~ May 4, 2022 (age 82)

Vincent Minichiello, 82, of Forest Hill, MD, peacefully passed away on May 4th surrounded by loved ones, after a difficult battle with Parkinson’s.

Vince was born on June 28th, 1939, to Josephine and Zachary Minichiello in the cosmopolitan city of Boston, MA. After Vincent was honorably discharged from the Army, in 1963 he founded an upscale beauty salon in Winchester, MA and formed an entertainment business featuring his own jazz and pop band. He played drums and saxophone and sang lead.

He maintained the entertainment business for over 40 years, and the salon for over 20. He was passionate about music and fashion and loved what he did for a living.

In 1960, he met Joyce at a restaurant in East Boston. Vincent and Joyce went on to have two kids, Vincent, and Mark.

Vincent went on to learn the art of hypnosis in 1986. Coupling his entertainment and interpersonal skills with his management abilities, he founded a hypnosis wellness center; Driven by the desire to perform and spread joy, he formed a comedic hypnosis act that astounded large and small audiences alike throughout the northeastern states. Many people testified to changed lives and healing because of his skilled intervention.

In 1959, at a Billy Graham crusade, he received Christ as his Lord and savior. Throughout the years, he continued to share this hope, hospitality, and generosity with many. He volunteered his time, energy, and money sharing love with those in need.

In his leisure time, Vincent pursued his love of gardening, and hobby farming. In his youth he pursued activities as diverse as scuba, aviation, pigeon racing, rodeo, horsemanship, and hunting. He was an amazing cook, and his Italian specialties will be missed.

Vincent was predeceased by his parents, Josephine & Zachary. He is survived by his wife, Joyce, and their two children, Vincent (Maria) and Mark (Linda), his brothers Zachary and John, and his grandchildren Oliva, Julia, Sofia, and Lukas. Gatherings will be held in both Street, MD, and Boston MA by invitation or future announcement.
